1. Use a stable internet connection
Make sure you’re connected to a strong Wi-Fi or mobile network while using Aumio or downloading content. Weak connections can cause errors or interruptions.
2. Clear the app cache
Sometimes clearing the app's cache helps fix playback issues:
Go to your device's settings
Tap Memory Management
Choose Clear cache
3. Download audio for offline listening
To enjoy Aumio even without internet, download your favorite content:
Open any story, meditation, or music track
Tap the download icon (⤓)
Once downloaded, it’s available offline anytime
