To transfer the stars to the new device, we have the following option for you:
Galactic trick
If the stars and badges are not synced when you transfer your subscription to another device, you can go to the app information under settings. If you then click 10 times on the User-ID, you can manually adjust the stars and badges. Of course, you shouldn't tell your little Aumionaut about this! ;-)
If there are still problems despite these solutions, we are of course always available to support you with the transfer of the subscription.
