How do I easily access, share and restore my subscription?

No matter whether you want to restore your subscription on your device, have switched from an old to a new device, or want to use more than one device to access the galactic depths of the Aumioverse: you can now do so easily by by logging in with your email address and your one-time password.

In order to do this, simply go to: 

Settings → App Options → Subscription → Sign in

and enter your email address. To validate your email address, a temporary password (valid for 0 minutes) will be sent to your inbox. Next, enter the password - and you’re all set!

Any active subscription that you have - whether purchased before or after logging in - will now be tied to your email address. This means that:

  • You can restore your subscription and access all content immediately, simply by logging in with your email address.
  • You can easily share your subscription across several devices, or transfer it from an old to a new device, by logging in (using the same email address as on your main device).
