Audios are not being played correctly.

Unfortunately, also in the emotional cosmos occasionally internet problems occur which can lead to corrupted audio files. Unfortunately, these exercises can then no longer be played and are stuck in the loading mode. We are currently trying to find a long-term solution for this, but in the meantime you can also try the following galactic trick:


Download the faulty exercise offline via the download button or, if it has already been downloaded offline, delete the download again. You should then be able to play the exercise again. The download can then be removed or restarted at any time.


If that doesn't work either, there is another trick that may provide acute relief: Simply change the language in the settings. This will reset all audio files. After switching back to the original language, all content can usually be played again.


In some cases, it can also be due to the fact that the energy-saving mode prevents playing in the background (change this and try again) or the player is blocked by another app (close all open apps completely and, if necessary, also turn the smartphone completely off and on again).
