I would like to subscribe again. How do I do that?

It makes us very happy to hear that you enjoyed using Aumio and would like to subscribe again. :)


To use Aumio again, please go to your App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) with your smartphone and re-subscribe through it. Please note that this subscription will automatically renew after one year and must be actively cancelled by you via the App Store in time before renewal (not via us, as the App Stores are independent companies and we do not have access to customer data/contracts). However, if any problems arise during use, we Aumionautis are happy to help you. :)


By the way, you can then also use the app on other family devices!

To activate your subscription on other devices, simply download the latest version of the app there too and enter the email address to which your subscription is linked on your first device in the email input field that appears during onboarding. Confirm this again with the one-time password that will be sent to your email inbox, and you're done! The content will then be automatically activated on your second device (and other devices).
