I accidentally purchased my Aumio subscription (multiple times), what can I do?

My trial subscription is not displayed in the app. What is that?

My account was credited although I have a code from my health insurance company.

After booking the trial subscription, the normal price was charged by mistake.

How can I restore my subscription?
