How can I restore my subscription?

There are several ways to get all content unlocked again after a new installation, on new devices or after problems with the subscription. First of all, the Aumio app should be installed on the device and the registration or onboarding should be completed. Please do not buy a new subscription via the app stores! Once you are back in the free version, there are the following three ways, depending on the original way of unlocking:


Activation through purchase in an App Store

If you bought the subscription the standard way via the App Stores, you can unlock access again via the "Restore subscription" function on the purchase screen. Prerequisite: You are logged in to the App Stores on the device with the account that originally purchased the subscription or for which the purchase was activated (e.g. via Apple Family Sharing).


Activation via a health insurance

Since the App Stores are not involved in the activation via health insurance companies, the way described above unfortunately does not work. But: You can simply reactivate the access by using the original method or "Have health insurance paid" in the purchase screen. Important: You should never have to make or confirm a purchase via the app stores, but only activate access via the respective health insurance page in the app! Once a private purchase has been made via the app stores, it can usually no longer be reimbursed by the health insurance companies.


Activation via a purchased or donated voucher code

If you originally activated your access using a voucher code, unfortunately activation via the App Stores will not work either. In this case, simply send us the voucher code and invoice and we will activate you again after checking. :)
