My account was credited although I have a code from my health insurance company.

The error must have occurred in the App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Please cancel your subscription in the app store right away. Next, please contact your app store. As this is a technical error that occurred on their end, they will have to refund your money by any means. 


Unfortunately, we cannot take action ourselves, as the app stores are completely independent companies and we do not have access to their customer data, contracts and accounting. However, this case should be resolved quickly and you should get a refund soon.


Unfortunately, retroactively entering the activation code of health insurance companies is not possible. It is also not possible to run two contracts in parallel. I.e. the paid status within the app must first be completely cancelled and resetted. Only then you can set up the app again according to the activation procedure of your health insurance.


We hope you can leave the bumpy start behind and take off into the Aumioverse in no time.
